Just state the number of persons and you will be served almost immediately. The chicken rice balls were moist, slightly sticky and full of fragrance, so much so you can eat it on its own. Don’t be too picky on its shape as each individual rice ball is tediously hand-rolled. Just imagine the number of rice balls the diligent hawker has to roll daily. The chicken was juicy and the soy-based dipping sauce was delicately salty, with a lingering sweet after-taste.
